地震次生化学泄漏污染成因及带压密封应急处置方法

摘要
地震中所产生的纵波和面波将对贮存化学污染物的容器及管道产生上下颠簸、水平摇摆、左右扭转3种主要破坏力,形成多种类型的泄漏缺陷,并引发大气污染、土壤污染及水体污染的严重后果。针对地震中最常见的法兰连接部位泄漏污染源、裂纹或孔洞泄漏污染源、弯头、三通泄漏污染源、管道断裂泄漏污染源,分别阐述了钢带注剂密封法、塞楔法、密封带捆扎法和断流法4种带压密封应急处置方法。其原理和方法同样适用于其它突发事件引发的化学泄漏污染事故。
The three major destructive power,jolting up and down,level swing,reversing of left and right sides in the earthquake will produce many kinds of leaking defects to the vessels and pipelines of store chemistry pollutants,and initiates serious results for the atmospheric pollution,soil pollution and water body pollution.The three emergency methods of the online leak sealing,the steel belt-injecting sealants,the wedging,the binding method of seal belt,and the flow cutting were expounded based on the most common pollution sources of flange leaking,the cracks or holes leaking,the elbow leaking,the tee leaking,the breaking pipeline leaking.Its principles and methods can be applied to other emergencies caused by chemical leaking incidents of pollution.
