基于NASTRAN分析的脱硫吸收塔动力特性及地震反应

摘要
本文建立了烟气脱硫吸收塔的三维有限元分析模型,并给出了确定模型参数的原则和方法。计算了该结构的固有动力特性,发现该结构由于构造特点,造成局部振动现象比较明显。对多遇地震下采用时程分析法进行了考虑浆液与不考虑浆液作用的弹性地震反应分析,比较了两种地震波作用下顶部最大水平位移、加速度、基底剪力以及塔身应力,发现脱硫浆液在地震作用下产生的惯性力影响不容忽略;罕遇地震下对最不利工况进行了弹塑性动力分析,计算结果表明塔身各段厚度的选择基本合理,最大米赛斯应力保持在弹性限度之内。研究表明,合理利用PATRAN/NASTRAN软件建立三维模型,能较好地进行结构的地震反应分析,为该类工程结构的抗震设计提供可靠的依据。
The finite element 3-D model of smoking desulfuration absorber tower is established in this paper.The principles and methods of determining model parameters are discussed.The free-vibration characteristic of the structure is obtained by performing vibration mode analysis.Due to the structural features,a lot of mode shapes of local vibra- tion are observed.The elastic time-history analysis considering desulfurization liquid or not is applied to analyze the seismic response under frequently-occurred earthquake.The results including the maximal roof horizontal displncement, roof acceleration,base shear,stress,etc are obtained under two natural earthquake waves.It is found that the effect of inertia force caused by the desulfurization liquid under earthquake should not be ignored.According to the most un- favorable processing condition,the nonlinear time history analysis under severe earthquake is conducted.The results demonstrate that the thickness control of the tower is reasonable and the maximal Von Mises stress in the tower does not go beyond the steel's yielding strength.PATRAN/ NASTRAN can be applied to the seismic response analysis of build- ings by 3-D model.The results are significant for the seismic design of similar structures.
