预应力砌体房屋的非线性地震反应分析

摘要
建筑结构的时程分析能揭示出强震作用下建筑物的弹塑性性能。本文选用ElCentro波和天津波两条实际地震记录,采用层间剪切模型和退化三线型恢复力模型,利用直接动力法编制了多、高层预应力砌体结构的弹塑性地震反应程序,对9层预应力混凝土小型空心砌块墙房屋进行了时程分析,并对该体系房屋的抗震性能作出了评价。
Time-interval-analysis of a building will show the elastoplasticity behavior of the building under the violent earthquake. The paper chose two pieces of actual seismic records to make a time-interval-analysis program of elastoplasticity seismic response of multi-story and high-rise prestressed masonry buildings with story shear model and 3-line degenerative model of resilience, with which a 9-story prestressed small-sized concrete hollow block building was analyzed. The seismic behavior of buildings in this style was described.
