考虑地震和过水条件下潘口电站厂房结构振动应力分析

摘要
部分已建水电站的运行实践表明:厂房振动问题是影响水电站正常运行的主要因素之一,它不仅直接影响到机组的安全稳定运行,缩短检修周期和使用寿命,严重时还会引起整个厂房的振动,以至被迫停机,这就需要在设计和建设过程中进行相应的研究,采取有效措施,尽量防止厂房振动的发生,将损失减小到最小.本文以潘口电站厂房结构为研究对象,通过对结构与理想流体耦合问题的分析,采用迦辽金法推导了具有压缩性流体与固体流固耦合问题的动力有限元分析模型,模型考虑了流固耦合问题的附连水质量问题,利用三维有限元分析了厂房结构自振特性和在地震荷载作用下结构的动力特点,对厂房整体结构共振进行校核和评估,提高电站安全运行和管理.
Some powerhouses operation practice show that powerhouse vibration is one of main factors which affect powerhouses normal operation.Powerhouse vibration not only directly influences powerhouse safe operation,shorten repairing period and life span,but also probably leads to turbines and generators shutdown suddenly.As a result,it is necessary to take some available measures to cope with powerhouse vibration during the process of design and construction.In this paper,Through analysis of coupling problems between structures and ideal fluid,the dynamic FEM model of fluid-solid interaction which considered added water mass was established by use of Galerkin Method.By use of 3-D FEM the dynamic characteristics of Pankou powerhouse are analyzed.According to researched results,the powerhouse resonance behavior has been checked and evaluated which can improve powerhouse safe operation and management.
