利用地震数据反演改进复杂油藏钻井工艺

摘要
广东湛江W12-1北油田开发过程中遇到了钻井中井壁易垮塌、易剥落的难题,易造成井壁坍塌、掩埋钻井及仪器事故。为此,开展了系统研究工程,进行多学科、多角度的钻井井壁稳定性研究,即改进钻井地质力学的基本理论研究、精细化处理地震剖面图、岩心的古地磁应力测试、地层应力等势面的计算机模拟,井下岩心浸泡进行稳定周期预测等。研究结果在2005年该油田10口开发井的钻井设计、工艺编制与钻井实践中应用后,获得了预期的效果。
North W12-1 Oilfield in Zhanjiang of Guangdong province has drilling problems of borehole wall collapse and stripping, which had often caused accidents of well and instrument burial. Therefore, borehole wall stability is systematically studied by applying multidiscipline, such as improving the basic theory of drilling geomechanics, precisely processing seismic profile, testing palaeomagnetic stress with core, computer simulation of equipotential surface of formation stress, and predicting stable period by core soaking. The result of this study had been applied in drilling design and operation of 10 development wells in this oilfield in 2005 and had achieved the desired results.
