摘要

通过对汶川大地震教训的总结,反思我国城乡抗震防灾建设中存在的应急避难场所建设问题,建筑抗震设计问题,农房建设防震安全问题。同时还介绍了日本城市抗震减灾建设的经验。
According to the lessons from Wenchuan earthquake,it was introspected that the problems of urban and rural earthquake disaster prevention,construction of emergency shelters,shock resistant design of buildings and disaster-prevention of houses in rural areas in China.It was also introduced the experience in aseismic and disaster prevention of cities in Japan.
