分离式套建增层框架在罕遇地震作用下抗倒塌性能研究

摘要
针对分离式套建增层框架侧向刚度分布不均匀的特点,研究了套建增层预应力钢筋混凝土框架、预应力型钢混凝土框架及巨型型钢混凝土框架在罕遇地震作用下的倒塌规律,并在现行规范基础上提出抗倒塌设计建议。此外,通过某工程实例对比分析了这三类套建增层框架的周期、出铰规律及弹塑性层间位移角等抗震性能指标,并进行经济性评价,结果表明分离式套建增层预应力型钢混凝土框架抗震性能较为优越且造价适中,宜在套建增层工程中得以推广应用。
Based on the characteristics of nonuniform lateral rigidity of separated out-jacketing frame for adding stories around an existing building,the collapsed law of prestressed reinforced concrete,prestressed steel reinforced concrete and huge steel reinforced concrete out-jacketing frame is studied,and relative design suggestions under current codes and standards are proposed.According to the previous study,the seismic performance indexes of three types of out-jacketing such as period,laws of plastic hinges occurring and elasto-plastic story draft ratio,are observed by a practical project,and it is demonstrated that the prestressed steel reinforced concrete out-jacketing frame behaves as the good seismic performance and moderate cost of construction and it should be spread for application.
