带储罐老龄导管架平台地震响应分析

摘要
针对我国已有相当数量的平台进入老龄服役期的现状,且考虑到导管架平台储罐液体晃动的影响,应用有限元法,本着位移边界的一致性,分别建立模型,耦合液体晃动及平台地震响应。考虑平台腐蚀,采用ANSYS软件,利用时程分析方法,实例计算了老龄平台及新服役平台在2种地震波下的响应,得出不同储液深度平台减震率的影响及减震率与储液深度关系的初步结论。该计算结果可为平台超龄服役和提高老龄导管架平台的抗震能力提供参考。
In view of the present situation that there are so many platforms in our country have got into the old-age period,and considering the affection caused by the shake of the liquid in the storage tank on the jacket platform,the finite element method was used to separately build models,and to couple the shake of liquid and seismic response of platform according to the consistency of the displacement boundary conditions.Considering the corrosion of the platform,the software of ANSYS was adopted and the time-history analysis method was used to calculate the responses of the aged platform and the new platform in the condition of two kinds of seismic waves.The primary conclusion of the infection of different liquid height was got to the damping rate,along with the relationship between the damping rate and the liquid depth.This computational solution provided a referemce to the over-age service of platform and gave a way to enhance the anti-seismic ability of the aged jacket platform.
