典型化工设备地震破坏形式分析与控制

摘要
针对化工生产连续性强,管线接口多,塔罐类设备多而高,其刚度强度分布不均匀,结构重心高等特点,从地震对化工企业的影响入手,简述了地震波的传播形式及其对化工设备的破坏作用,重点分析了典型化工设备(如塔类、罐类、管线类)在地震情况下的破坏形式及破坏原因,同时从化工企业的布局、选址,建(构)筑物、设备、工艺管道的抗震设计,设备的抗震鉴定,检查与维护,突发应急等方面提出了预防及控制措施,为化工企业抗震防灾提供理论依据。
According to characteristics of chemical industries:the strong continuity of production,the multi-pipeline interface,much and high devices,such as towers and tanks,the distribution of its stiffness and intensity is not uniform and the center of gravity on its structure is high,the paper starts with the impact of earthquakes on chemical industries and outlines the propagation form of seismic wave as well as their destructive effects on chemical equipment.Especially the paper focuses on the analyses of damage forms and damage reasons on the typical chemical equipment in the earthquake.At the same time,the paper has put forword some prevention and control measures from the following aspects:the layout,siting,the seismic design of buildings and structures,equipment,as well as process piping,seismic,identification of equipment,inspection and maintenance,emergency response and so on.That can provide a theoretical basis for the chemical industry in earthquake disaster prevention.
