地震灾情符号的初步研究

摘要
为了更好地进行防震减灾工作,从符号的原理出发,定义了地震灾情符号,并根据莫里斯(Morris)的符号三分法,阐述了地震灾情符号的语构、语义、语用三个方面的内容。然后,在介绍分析国内外(美国、日本、中国等)地震灾情符号研究现状的基础上,进一步探讨了地震灾情符号的来源、功能及其应用,同时指出地震灾情符号的研究不仅有利于地震灾情信息的表达、交流、共享,且对于地震应急具有重要的意义。最后提出了目前地震灾情符号研究中所存在的一些问题。
For better earthquake disasters prevention and reduction,based on the theory of symbology,this paper first defines earthquake symbology and gives an explanation of its content which is composed of three aspects: a syntactical aspect,a semantic aspect and a pragmatics aspect in accordance with Morris's trichotomy.And then the research situation of earthquake symbology in many countries such as China,Japan and America was introduced as well as analyzed,following which the sources where the earthquake symbols come from,the functions and the applications of earthquake symbology were further explored.Meanwhile,it is pointed out that the research on earthquake symbology not only plays an important role in expressing,communicating and sharing the earthquake information but also has great significance to the earthquake emergency response.In the end,the author brings up some problems existing at the present time in studying earthquake symbology.
