分布式地震模拟振动台台阵控制器的硬件架构设计

摘要
地震模拟振动台台阵系统是一种重要的结构动力试验设备。目前在振动台台阵控制器设计中,多采用单振动台的控制器或者移植于多通道液压伺服加载系统的设计架构,其性能难以满足复杂的多振动台控制算法运行的需要。文章以北京工业大学九子台地震模拟振动台台阵系统为应用对象,结合控制理论、数字芯片技术、传感器技术、计算机技术的发展现状,对多振动台控制器的硬件需求和系统功能进行了较全面的分析,提出了一种分层的分布式控制器硬件设计架构。详细阐述了该控制器的设计原理、主要软硬件组成以及对控制算法的支持。该研究工作可为地震模拟振动台台阵控制系统的研发和功能扩展提供参考,也可用于拟动力等结构实验设备控制领域。
The multiple shaking table array is a kind of important structural dynamic test equipment.At present,the design of shaking table array controller mostly depends on single table control technology or borrows from the multiple channel servo control system.It is difficult to meet the needs to run complex control algorithms.Base on the application of the nine shaking table array system in the Beijing University of Technology,and considering the development of control theory,electronic chip,sensor and computer technology and so on,the analysis and functional design of multiple shaking table control hardware system were systematically analyzed in this paper.A distributed layered(grouped) hardware controller design architecture was proposed and the design principles,major components of hardware and related software,control algorithm supporting and so on were discussed in detail.The paper is useful for system development and functional extension of shaking table array control system and is valuable reference for the control of pseudo dynamic test devices.
