地震预警系统机柜固定螺栓的抗震分析

摘要
地震预警系统的信息处理机柜使用了大量的螺栓连接以保持其结构的完整性,在地震发生时,连接螺栓失效可能会破坏机柜的完整性并导致系统不能正常工作。对机柜的固定螺栓进行三维建模,并根据地震发生时载荷极限状况,使用SolidWorks Simulation进行有限元分析,完成了螺栓的抗震评价。
The information processor cabinet is an important part of the seismic prewarning instrument.In order to maintain the cabinet's integrity,a lot of bolts are used in this system.When the earthquake happens,the connecting failure of the bolts may destroy the cabinet's integrity and make the system stop working normally in bad condition.This paper focuses on the research on the fixing bolts of cabinet.In the earthquake condition,the bolts are modeled and analyzed by using the finite element analysis with the SolidWorks and its Simulation module,and so the antiseismic evaluation is achived.
