箱体式地震避难课桌的机构设计

摘要
设计了一种由滑动桌堂、转动副、滑道等简单机构组成的实用型地震避难课桌,解决了目前普通课桌抵抗冲击能力低等问题,特别适合地震多发地区的学生使用。此课桌的桌堂与桌身之间通过滑道连接,地震发生时人拉动桌堂挡在桌子前面,使课桌变成一个封闭的箱体,当桌面最大动载荷达到设计值时,桌面与支撑柱连接的木销折断,安装在前桌腿内的安全销折断,支撑柱使桌面倾斜一定角度,形成稳定的抗震安全三角区,课桌下面放置小型备品箱,为长时间困于桌下的人员维持体力和自救提供了生存的保证。实践证明,该课桌具有抗震避难能力。
A practical seismic refuge desk composed of sliding desk hall, rotating pair and chutes is designed, which solves the problem of low ability to resist impact of the current common desk, particularly suitable for students in earthquake-prone areas. The desk hall is connected with the desk body by chutes. In case of earthquake, people pull the desk hall to make the desk a closed box body. When the maximum dynamic load to desktop reaches the designed value, the wood pin that connects the desktop and the support post is broken, the safety pin installed in the front leg is broken, the support post makes the desktop tilt for a certain angle to form a stable seismic safety triangle. A small chest is placed under the desk, for those trapped in the table for a long time to maintain physical and self-help for a guarantee of survival. Practice has proved that the desk has a seismic refuge capacity.
