对突发公共卫生事件开展情报服务的探索

摘要
上海市医学科技情报研究所应对手足口病、汶川地震救护防疫、禽流感3起突发公共卫生事件情报服务工作初获成效。据此指出医学情报服务必须面向信息产业,树立"大情报"观念,注重人才建设和信息资源配置,善于挖掘,才能更好地在应对突发公共卫生事件中发挥作用。
Shanghai Medical Information Center has made some remarkable progress in carrying out intelligence services in responding to emergent public health events,including:hand-foot-mouth disease,Wenchuan earthquake first-aid and epidemic prevention and bird flu.Accordingly,the paper points out that medical intelligence services must be geared to the needs of IT industry,set a concept of"macro intelligence",pay more attention to personnel training and information resources allocation,and cultivate the ability of information mining.Thus the intelligence services would play a better role in emergent public health events.
