102名福利院儿童普及初级救护知识的效果分析

摘要
目的寻找在特殊儿童人群中进行初级救护常识培训并推广的方法。方法根据特殊儿童的情况,自制问卷调查表,通过游戏法、故事法、情景模拟、光盘示教等形式,对福利院儿童讲授各种应急事件的简单处理方法。结果90.2%以上学生学会了火灾、地震时如何逃生;89.2%以上的学生学会了食物、煤气中毒的处理方法;92.2%以上学生学会了出血包扎、摔伤、扭伤、烫伤、胸外心脏按压等初步急救方法。结论94.1%的调查对象愿意学习初级急救方法,在福利院儿童中普及初级救护常识效果不错、且很有必要。
Objective To find out the way of training the exceptional children to do the simple rescue information,let them to learn self-and mutual-rescue when they were young.It can effective reduce the mayhem and death.Methods According to the situation of special children,self-made questionnaire,by the form of play method,storytelling,Role-play,demonstrate of disks and so on,taught the simple processing method of emergency event to the children in the welfare home.Results Above 90.2 percent students learned how to escape from the fire and the earthquake.Above 89.2 percent students learned food-poisoning and gas-poisoning、Above 92.2 percent students learned the initial method of first aid: hemostasis and dress,fall damage,sprain,scald,closed cardiac massage and so on.Conclusion Above 94.1 percent of respondents like to learn the simple method of first aid,it brings the children in the welfare home good effect that to disseminate simple rescue information,and it's necessary.
