摘要

本文概述在玉树地震医疗救援中,发挥专家技术优势,体现出军队卫勤救援力量的巨大作用。探讨提升军队医院卫勤保障能力,急需规范灾害救治的指导性标准,着力解决后勤保障力量的瓶颈现象;建立长期应对重大灾难的应急专家队伍,健全军队专家指导灾难救治工作的机制。
The article introduced the medical rescue practice of expert team in yushu earthquake.It seemed that expert team played a very important role in the rescue operation.Based on the analysis,the author put forward that the guiding standard of disaster rescue must be normalized,so as to improve the medical support capability and solve the bottleneck of logistical support strength.Additionally,the author thought a special expert team should be established to response for major disaster,and related mechanism should also be perfected.
