赴巴基斯坦洪灾救援流动医院收治眼科疾病临床特征分析

摘要
【目的】探讨中国国际救援队赴巴基斯坦洪灾救援流动医院眼科疾病临床特点和收治经验,为严重洪灾医学救援提供合理对策及科学依据。【方法】采用2010年9月15日至2010年10月3日在流动医院就诊的眼科患者1 071人,记录患者姓名、性别、年龄、病情特点、诊断、治疗及随访资料等,并作流行病学调查,分析洪灾后眼科患者的疾病种类、病种分布情况、可能病因、临床特点、治疗效果,并总结救援经验及不足之处。【结果】1 071例患者中,男性421人,女性650人;年龄1个月~85岁,平均年龄31.56岁,以儿童及中青年妇女多见。其中有66.7%的病人是常见眼科疾病,如普通感染性结膜炎,过敏性结膜炎,白内障,屈光不正,老年性眼底病变等;20.1%的病人是眼部急性感染性疾病,如急性卡他性结膜炎(红眼病),角膜炎,麦粒肿,急性泪囊炎等。【结论】巴基斯坦洪灾后救援不同于中国国际救援队历次的地震灾害救援,本次以常见病、多发病的救治为主。眼科疾病特点以感染性眼表疾病为主,救援前的药物及检查设备准备符合洪灾救援特点。
【Objective】To summarize the rescue experiences and clinical features of ophthalmological patients at the mobile-hospital set up by China International Search and Rescue Team after Pakistan flood disaster in 2010 September,and to provide the rational countermeasures and scientific basis for the international rescue of flood disaster in future.【Methods】1 071 patients of ophthalmology were analyzed from September 15th to October 3th in 2010.All data of the patients were recorded,including name,gender,age,characteristics of patient's condition,diagnose(s),treatment measures and follow-ups,etc.Epidemiological investigations were made to analyze the categories and the etiological factors of the ophthalmological diseases and the distribution of entity in the flood disaster area.【Results】Among 1 071 patients(male 421,female 650,age from 6 months to 70 years old,mean age 31.56 years old),children and women are common.66.7% patients are common eye disease,such as: common infectious conjunctivitis,allergic conjunctivitis,cataract,refraction error,senile retinopathys,20.1% patients is acute infective ocular diseases,such as acute conjunctivitis(acute catarrhal conjunctivtis),keratitis,sty lacrimal sac,acute inflammation,etc.【Conclusion】Medical aid after Pakistan flood is obviously different from that in the earthquake disaster relief.Life rescue and severe traumatic treatment are more important in earthquake disaster relief,while frequently-occurring disease in flood disaster relief.
