野战医疗队药材保障的管理实践与效果

摘要
目的探讨抗震救灾中野战医疗队紧急救援药材保障的管理方法,为今后应急条件下药材卫勤保障提供管理经验。方法结合汶川抗震救灾医疗队的实际工作,总结和分析地震应急条件下医学救援中药材保障的做法和经验。结果成功保障了震后4738例伤员的救治(包括手术1108例),为25428例次灾民及官兵提供诊治及卫生防疫。结论加强野战医疗队药材保障管理对于提高医护人员突发事件应对能力具有重要作用。
Objective To explore the methods of the management of medical substances for field medical teams in the course of earthquake rescue and provide some experiences for future.Methods Based on the experience of emergency rescue in Wenchuan earthquake disaster,this paper summarized and analyzed the effective methods and experience of medical substances management in earthquake rescue.Results There were 4 738 wounded people including 1 108 cases receiving operations rescued successfully,and 25 428 soldiers and victims received timely epidemic prevention services.Conclusion It's important to enhance the medical substances management of field medical team for improving the ability of coping with emergency events and disasters.
