汶川小学教师灾后心理状况调查及连续心理干预分析

摘要
目的了解灾后小学教师的心理健康状况,以便有针对性的制定恰当的干预措施。方法使用SCL-90量表和防御方式问卷量表,在汶川地震后60d震中汶川县城威州小学53例教师进行调查,对调查结果中教师分别采用团体辅导、个别辅导方式进行心理干预。结果 39.6%的教师表现为明显心理障碍,18.9%的教师有严重心理障碍,心理问题主要表现排序分别为强迫、抑郁、躯体化、人际关系、睡眠等。通过心理干预半年后,有心理问题的教师比例为20.8%,有严重心理问题的教师比例为11.3%,心理问题主要表现排序分别为强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、躯体化等,缓解程度最高的是躯体化、睡眠、强迫因子。结论地震后2个月灾区教师有明显的心理问题,灾后8个月,经过心理危机干预后,心理问题发生率显著降低,显示心理干预有明显的效果。
Objective After the mental health status of the school teachers,to formulate appropriate pertinently the intervention measures.Methods Using SCL-90 scale and defense mode in the Wenchuan earthquake,questionnaire for 60 days after county wei state Wenchuan,the epicenter of elementary school teachers,53 of survey results were used in teacher group counseling and psychological intervention tutorial way.Results The teacher is obvious 39.6% psychological barriers,the teachers have serious less-selective college psychological barriers,psychological problems respectively,sorting and depression,interpersonal relationship,sleep,etc.Through psychological intervention after six months,the percentage of teachers have psychological problems to have serious psychological problems by 20.8%,the proportion of the teachers,and the main psychological problems for 11.3 scheduling performance for force,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,body,relieve the highest degree of body,sleep,is forcing factors.Conclusion 2 months after the earthquake disaster teachers have obvious psychological problems,post-disaster 8 months after psychological crisis intervention,psychological problems,showed significantly reduced incidence of psychological intervention has obvious effect.
