<正>胸科物理治疗(chest physiotherapy,CPT)是在胸肺评估的基础上,通过体位摆放、振动摇动叩拍、气道吸引等手段,以促使分泌物从肺泡及小支气管转入大气管,从而达到清除分泌物,预防感染,改善通气及氧合,促进肺膨胀的一种手段[1-2]。最早见于William Ewart[3]1901年在Lancet杂志的报道。2008年汶川大地震以后,国内对心肺康复重视程度日增月益,CPT
