抗震救灾中期军人心理压力源调查

摘要
目的:了解抗震救灾中期不同任务军人心理健康状况,探索军人心理压力源及对心理健康的影响。方法:采用自编心理压力源问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90)的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑等5项因子问卷,对两组救援部队各50人进行调查,比较两组间差异性,并进行相关分析。结果:两组在躯体化症状、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、焦虑及应激程度上存在显著性差异(P<0.05),在孤立、恐惧及危险上存在显著性差异(P<0.05);应激程度与倦怠和恐怖/危险的严重程度,成正相关(P<0.05)。结论:救灾任务的性质和强度决定了参与人员的心理压力源,从而影响人员的应激反应程度。
Objective: To understand the psychological status of the rescue troops in the middle stage after different rescue actions for the devastating earthquake and to explore the effect of psychology stress on the psychological status of soldiers. Methods: Two units with 50 subjects in each were tested about psychological stressors and five factors of Symptom Chechlist-90 (SCL-90) which were soma- tization, obsessive symptom, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety. Results: There were significantly differences in five factors of SCL-90 and isolation and dangers of psychological stressors (P<0.05). Degree of stress reaction was correlated significantly to iso- lation and dangers (P<0.05). Conclusion: Psychology stressors could affect degree of stress reaction, which were determined by the quality and intensity of rescue mission.
