卫星通信在地震观测台站的应用

摘要
"5.12"汶川地震给我们启示:大地震过后,所有地面通信会拥堵甚至中断,这必将给我们的地震数据传输造成严重后果。卫星通信具有不受地理环境影响和覆盖面积大等优点,特别在缺乏有线通信或有线通信遭到破坏情况下,能快速建立通信连接,使得它特别适合于地震应急、抢险救灾、地质调查等行业。本文对地震台站现有的SDH光纤通信系统进程改进,增加一路128k的卫星链路作为备份链路,用OSPF浮动路由实现链路间自动切换,从而及时、快速地传输地震数据,使国家地震台网中心和山东地震台网中心快速地了解该区的地震动态。
The 5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake reminds us that all ground communication activities will face traffic congestion or information lost after great earthquake,resulting in serious consequences in geological data transmission.Satellite communication has many advantages.Its working status is stable without being affected by geographic environment,and its working scope covers broad areas.In condition of lacking wire communication or the wire communication being damaged,satellite communication can connect quickly.These excellent features deserve satellite communication being propitious to earthquake emergency,rescue and relief work,geologic survey and other industries.This article discussed how to improve present SDH fibre-optical communication system used in seismic station.By adding a 128k satellite link as a backup link and using OSPF float route to realize automatic switching in all links,the satellite communication can transmit geological data timely and quickly to inform China Earthquake Networks Center and Shandong Earthquake Networks Center the present status of earthquake place.
