母孕期经历唐山大地震的青少年认知功能远期研究

摘要
目的 :研究地震严重应激对胎儿认知功能的影响。方法 :采用瑞文标准推理测验 (RSPM )分别测评 6 16例在胎儿期遭受地震应激但未经历地震体验的青年学生及以地震第二年同期出生的 6 16名学生为对照的认知功能水平。结果 :经历过地震的胎儿的RSPM评分明显低于未经历过地震的对照组 ,第二个三个月 (孕 3-6个月 )和第三个三个月 (孕 3 -6个月 )的胎儿更为明显 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :提示唐山大地震对宫内胎儿的认知功能水平具有潜在的影响
Objective: To study whether severe stress caused by earthquake had negative effect on fetal cognitive function Method: Raven's Standard Progress Matrices (RSPM) were used to evaluate cognitive function of 616 young students who experienced earthquake during their fetal stage; 616 controls had no this experience were assessed with the same instrument Results: Scores of RSPM of earthquake group were significantly lower than those of controls, especially for those experienced earthquake in their , second or the third trimester Conclusion: Earthquake has negative effect on cognitive function development of fetus
