1例地震伤致颈椎骨折伴高位截瘫孕妇的护理

摘要
报告了1例地震伤致颈椎骨折伴高位截瘫孕妇的护理。由于孕期生理改变和高位截瘫所致的病理生理改变,护理中重视患者呼吸道管理、牵引护理、体位管理,预防压疮发生,进行严密的胎儿和产程监测,加强营养支持,做好患者心理干预。经过精心治疗和护理,孕妇顺利产下一男婴。
It reports nursing care of a pregnant woman's with high paraplegia caused by cervical spine fracture in Wenchuan earthquake.Because of the changing of physiological functions during the pregnancy and pathophysiological alterations caused by high paraplegia,more attention was paid on the management of respiratory tract,traction and body position,preventing occur- rence of bedsore,monitoring fetus and labor closely,strengthening nutritional support,and giving mental interventions.As a re- suit,the woman bore a healthy infant successfully.
