摘要

在收治地震灾区伤病员的管理中,成立抗震救灾领导工作组,护理部成立护理工作组,制订详细的工作计划,并下设护理指导、支持、保障、宣传等4个工作小组,分工合作,完成和落实各项工作。科学的管理,提高救治工作的有效和有序性,是快速、安全救治伤病员的关键,而培养一支强有力的急救应急队伍是提高对突发事件应急处理的重要保证。
In order to tackle earthquake disaster, nursing department built up nursing work- ing team, mapped out detailed cure working plans and founded nurse team, backup team, ensure team and propagandistic team. Those teams cooperated with each other to implement every task. Scientific management, effective and orderly rescue work were the key points to recover the wounded, a strong rescue nurse team was the guarantee of disposal sudden events.
