摘要

"5.12"汶川地震救援中德阳市人民医院血液净化中心保障了7例挤压综合征和93例维持透析患者的救治工作。笔者根据自己的实践经验,总结出建立医疗救援统一指挥部、整合血透资源和集中、分流患者的策略。
Blood purifying center in people's hospital of deyang city has supported for 7 patients with crush syndrome and 93 patients with maintaining dialysis after the outbreak of earthquake in Wenchuan County.Based on the authors's experience,the team holds a countermeasure:establish a head quarter,integrate different resources of dialysis,concentrated and shunt treatment.
