摘要

目的探讨CRAMS评分法在成批地震伤员救治中的作用。方法采用CRAMS评分法对1070例地震伤员的伤情严重程度作出分类判断。结果轻伤(≥7分)569例,重伤(4～6分)486例,危重伤(≤3分)15例,CRAMS分值越低,病死率越高,重伤组需要急诊手术干预的比例明显高于轻伤组。结论CRAMS评分对成批地震伤员的救治有重要指导意义,其分值的动态变化有助于医务人员及时判定伤情,调整治疗方案。
Objective To explore the application of CRAMS trauma score in treatment of the wounded from earthquake.Methods 1070 trauma patients from earthquake evalutated by the CRAMS score system were analyzed.Results Minor injury was observed in 569 cases(score:≥7),serious injury in 486 cases(score:4～6)and critical injury in 15 cases(score:≤3).The lower score suggested the higher mortality.More emergency operations were performed in serious injury group than in minor injury group.Conclusion The CRAMS score is important in treatment of plentiful patients from earthquake.Its dynamic change is useful for us to adjust the therapeutic schedule.
