地震伤截肢23例临床分析
摘要
目的分析地震伤截肢患者的伤情,探讨其救治特点。方法在"5.12"地震救治过程中,对23例患者行截肢术,其中12例行急诊截肢,10例经观察后行二期截肢,1例二次截肢。结果5例术后出现残端感染或皮肤坏死,16例出现明显幻肢感及幻肢痛,4例有肾功能不全表现。结论地震伤为低能量致伤,其截肢患者的伤情以挤压伤及毁损伤为主,其并发症发生率较高。
