汶川地震救援后医务人员心理健康状况调查

摘要
目的了解汶川地震救援后医务人员的心理健康状况。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)对四川省人民医院10个临床科室的医务人员进行问卷调查。结果142名医务人员的SDS标准分平均为(52.35±14.77),SAS粗分平均为(39.94±14.75),均显著高于全国常模(P<0.01)。其中45.8%和43.8%分别存在抑郁情绪和焦虑情绪。SAS标准分男性较女性高;30~45岁人群较18~29岁人群SDS标准分和SAS标准分增高;医生较护士SDS标准分和SAS标准分增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论在汶川大地震救援后医务人员存在较突出的心理健康问题,应该给予足够的重视。
Objective The goal of this study was to investigate the mental health status of the medical staff after Wenchuan earthquake.Methods The medical staff was surveyed using the self-rating depression scale(SDS) and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) in 10 clinical departments of the people's hospital of Sichuan.Results The average standard score of SDS and the average crude score of SAS of 142 healthcare workers were significant higher than the national norm(P<0.01).They were(52.35±14.77) and(39.94±14.75)respectively.45.8% and 43.8% among the healthcare workers were experimenting depression and anxiety.The average standard scores of SDS and SAS were significant higher in the group of 30～45 years old than in the group of 18～29 years old,in the group of doctors than in the group of nurses(P<0.05 or 0.01).The average standard score of SAS was significant higher in the group of male than in the group of female(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal of the mental health status in the medical staff was outstanding after Wenchuan earthquake.The situation should be given the enough value.
