野战条件下地震伤救护工作的组织与管理

摘要
结合野战条件下地震伤救护的特点,从筹备阶段、人员调配到现场救治等方面探讨地震伤救护工作的组织与管理,为提高救治效果发挥了积极的作用。提示加强救护工作的组织管理与协调配合、强化医务人员应对突发事件的日常培训是提高团队综合救治能力的重要保证。
This article explored and analyzed the organization and management in the field rescue process of earthquake injuries from the aspects of prepa- ration,human resources management and field rescue,which provided reference for the improvement of rescue efficiency.Meanwhile,the author elaborated that enhancing the organization,coordination,and staff training played an important role in the successful rescue of patients with earthquake injuries.
