醒脑开窍针刺法配合西医治疗地震伤昏迷患者疗效分析

摘要

目的观察醒脑开窍针刺法配合西医对地震伤长期昏迷患者的促醒治疗作用。方法10例地震伤昏迷患者采用醒脑开窍针刺法治疗,7个月后评价治疗效果。结果治疗后G lasgow昏迷评分增加,治疗前后G lasgow评分比较,差异有显著性意义(P(0.05),苏醒4例。结论醒脑开窍针刺法对于地震伤长期昏迷患者具有一定的促醒作用。
Objective To observe clinical effect of resuscitation acupuncture for 10 coma patients due to trauma in earthquake.Methods Before the treatment started we evaluated patients'conditon with GCS.Then use resuscitation acupuncture manipulation for the coma patients and evaluate the patients after 7 months treatment.Result After resuscitation treatment,patients'GCS index increased,recovery rate is 40%.Conclusion Resuscitation acupuncture is effective to improve consciousness of patients of earthquake injuries.
