中医传统关节粘连松解术治疗地震骨伤康复患者关节粘连的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的:观察中医传统关节粘连松解术对地震骨伤患者关节粘连的临床治疗效果。方法:应用我们总结的中医传统关节粘连松解程序"热疗—手法—冷疗",对48例骨折及骨折术后遗留关节功能障碍患者进行康复治疗,并以关节活动度和日常生活能力评分为观察指标评价临床疗效。结果:所有患者的关节活动度及日常生活能力均较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医传统关节粘连松解术对骨伤康复患者关节粘连有确切的治疗效果。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of arthrolysis of adhesions of joint along traditional Chinese lines on orthopedic patients with synarthrophysis injured in earthquake.Methods:48 patients with joint dysfunction after fracture and orthopaedic surgery were treated with arthrolysis of adhesions of joint along traditional Chinese procedure of "thermal therapy—bone setting manipulation—cold therapy".And the clinical curative effects were evaluated,range of motion(ROM) and activity of daily living score as observation indexes.Results:ROM and activity of daily living were significantly improved compared with those before the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthrolysis of adhesions of joint along traditional Chinese lines has an exact curative effect on orthopedic patients with synarthrophysis.
