摘要

目的:探讨地震灾害成批伤员的急诊分诊及救护问题。方法:对5.12地震中640名伤员分诊及救护情况进行回顾性分析。结果:20 min内对95%的地震伤员实施了有效的救护措施,640名伤员的抢救脱险率达到了99%。结论:根据地震灾害成批伤的特点,有效急诊分诊及救护是地震灾害所致成批伤救治成功的保证。
Objective:To explore the emergency triage and first aid of mass injured in earthquake.Methods:To analyse the data of 640 patients who were received emergency triage and first aid in 5·12 earthquake retrospectively.Results: In 20 minutes,95% patients were received effective first aid.The successful rat was 99%.Conclusion: According to the characteristics of mass injured in earthquake,it is the successful assurance that the patients should be received effective emergency trige and first aid.
