摘要

在"5.12"汶川特大地震中,医院根据伤员数量、伤情伤势特点、现有资源、救治任务的进程等,在大批量灾难伤员救治中进行了多次分诊的组织管理尝试,成功救治了大批量地震伤员,使伤员的死亡率及致残率控制在较低水平。
According to the number of casualties,condition and severity of injuries of the casualties,existing resources of our hospital and the course of rescue,multitriage method was creatively adopted in organization and administration of mass casualties for medical rescue after Sichuan's May 12,2008 Wenchuan earthquake disaster.A great achievement has been made in controlling the mortality and disability rate of casualties and made it in the lower level.Multitriage is an organizational and administrative attempt on mass casualties after disaster.
