摘要

目的:探讨平行分工专职小组治疗模式的流水线作业流程在地震伤员救治过程中的效用。方法:对5.12汶川地震救援中我院骨科专职小组工作模式进行总结分析。结果:圆满完成对435例骨科地震伤员的救治,死亡5例。结论:平行分工、流水线作业式的专职小组模式可以充分发挥灾害救援主要科室工作人员的作用,并动员外支人员的作用,从而产生较高的工作效率,完成大批伤员的救治,降低伤残死亡率。
Objective:To explore the work method of medical remedy for earthquake casualties.Methods:The practices of medical management for earthquake casualties in the orthopedic department of Mianyang 404 Hospial after Wenchuan earthquake were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Based on the work method of specific teams,the staff effectively remedied 435 casualties.Conclusion:In the remedying work for earthquake casualties,the work method of medical remedy for earthquake casualties can improve the working effi-ciency.According to the method,each doctor in the major department leads a team with assisting doctors,and basing on the grade of the leader doctor,the team is in charge of corresponding casualty group or other remedy work.
