MRI全脊柱扫描在地震脊椎伤的应用价值

摘要
目的:研究磁共振全脊柱扫描在地震脊柱伤的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析16例地震伤脊柱患者的MRI和临床资料,应用MRI全脊柱扫描,行颈椎、胸椎、腰骶椎3段脊柱扫描后,采用对接的方法完成全脊柱全程图像。结果:16例患者均清晰显示全部脊柱、全段脊髓及周围韧带的连续全脊柱MRI图像。1例图像正常,15例表现为椎骨骨折,15椎骨骨折中9例表现为单发椎骨骨折,6例表现为多发椎骨骨折,伴有锥体滑脱5节、脊髓损伤10段,韧带挫裂伤8处。结论:MRI全脊柱扫描明显缩短了扫描时间,图像质量优良,运用tim线圈、自动移床及无缝连接技术,使MRI全脊柱成像解决了大范围,高分辨力的脊柱成像难题,为临床诊治地震脊柱上提供了可靠的影像资料。
Objective To study the methods and clinical application of MRI total spine imaging with scan technique in diagnosing earthquake spinal trauma.Methods MRI and clinical data of 16 cases were analyzed retrospectively.16 patients with earthquake spinal trauma in cervical vertebra,thoracic vertebra and lumber vertebra underwent MRI total spine scan.Results All 16 cases obtained clear image of total spine,spinal cord and the ligaments.1cases was normal,15cases showed fracture of vertebrae.15cases with fracture of vertebrae(including 9cases showed fracture of single vertebrae,6cases showed fractures of multiple vertebraes),accompanied with 5articles of vertebral body slippage,the 10segments of spinal cord and the 8places of the ligaments bruise.Conclusion MRI total spine scan has shorter scanning time and better image quality.The total spine MRI with Tim coil,automatic moving table and no-gap composing techniques resolved the controversy of imaging covering and resolution.It can provide accurate reliable image for clinical diagnosis and treatment earthquake spinal trauma.
