医院救治地震伤员的应急管理模式探讨

摘要
佛山市中医院在救治四川地震伤员过程中,充分运用医院应急管理的基本理论来指导救治四川地震伤员的应急反应实践,探索了以组建救治病人工作领导小组及工作小组;组建爱心病区;实施目标管理,制定接收、入院处理伤员流程;制订规章制度,全力救治伤员;动员各方力量,全方位服务伤员为核心内容的应急处理模式,为进一步完善后方医院应对重大自然灾害所致大规模人员受伤的应急处理模式提供了有价值的借鉴。
During the course of treatment of the wounded caused by SiChuan earthquake,FoShan hospital of TCM adopted the basic theory of hospital emergent management to conduct this emergent work and studied the emergent management mode consist of such contents as founding leading and executing subcommittee for curing the wounded,founding special in-patient department,carring out target management,decision procedure of receiving the wounded,making rules for treating the wounded,arousing various volunteer and giving all kinds of help for the wounded.These practices would conduce to improve the emergent management mode for base hospital to deal with substantial wounded caused by major natural calamities.
