摘要
[目的]分析5·12地震中志愿者参与医院志愿服务的情况,探索医院志愿者管理工作存在的问题,为医院志愿者管理提出意见。[方法]采用问卷调查280名医院志愿者,结合志愿者管理者和医院志愿者管理者访谈,分析管理中的重点环节。[结果]志愿者的参与为医院在应急状态下处理病患提供了很大帮助,但是在志愿服务的各环节存在相应的问题。[结论]积极探索志愿者参与医院志愿服务的方式和医院志愿者管理流程中重点环节的解决方法,使志愿者能更好的参与医院志愿服务。
[Objective] To analyze hospital volunteers’ services in the 5.12 earthquake, to explore the problems of the hospital volunteer management and give suggestion to hospital administrators. [Methods] Surveyed 280 volunteers in the hospitals, interviewed volunteer managers and hospital administrators about volunteer management. [Results] The volunteers provided a great help to hospitals in emergency, but there were corresponding problems on volunteer services. [Conclusion] Explore the method of volunteers participating in hospital and the solution in the key links of volunteer service, so that volunteers can provide services better.
