摘要

目的:探讨地震救援中外援医疗队的作用与组织方法。方法:回顾分析汶川地震后外援医疗队在四川绵阳四0四医院地震伤员的救治工作。结果:外援医疗队在救援指挥、伤员救治等方面全面参与了我院的地震救援工作,帮助建立了基本工作模式,共同救治伤员675例,完成手术400余例。结论:大批医疗救援队伍填补了本地地震救援力量的严重不足,在救援组织、伤员救治等各个方面都发挥了巨大作用。
Objective:To explore the function and organizing method of aiding medical teams in the course of rescue of earthquake casualties.Methods:To review the work of the aiding medical teams in the Mianyang 404 Hospital in the course of rescue after Wenchuan earthquake.Results:Firstly,the aiding team helped to establish basic working procedure.Then they took part in the rescuing works with locate technicians,treated 675 casualties and finished about 400 operations.Conclusion:In the condition of disaster relief,the aiding medical teams may play an important role in many aspects such as management,manpower and professional technique.
