地震灾区伤残学生体育康复研究

摘要
2008年5月12日14时28分,四川汶川突发8.0级大地震,导致了巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失,为了进一步推动地震灾区伤残学生的康复,该文采用文献资料法、实地考察法、访谈法等研究方法,对地震灾区学校相关情况及体育康复现状进行分析与研究,结果表明:体育康复实施现状不容乐观,存在场地设施、人力、物力等方面的问题。根据体育康复的相关理论及地震灾区实际情况提出:体育康复的方法与社会、学校、家庭三种组织形式及加大体育设施建设等对策。为伤残学生早日康复,脱离地震阴影而不懈努力,为政府制定相关康复医疗政策提供一定参考。
At 14:28 of May the 12th,2008,An 8.0 magnitude of big earthquake arises suddenly in Wenchuan,Sichuan,which has caused the giant personnel casualty and property damage.To further impel the recovery of the disabled students in the earthquake stricken area,this paper,by using literature research techniques,on-the-spot investigation and interview,carries on an analysis and research on the present situation of the correlative situation and the sports recovery in the schools of the earthquake stricken area.The result indicates: The present situation of the sports recovery implementation is unoptimistic with problems of field,facility,manpower,physical resources.Based on the theory of sports recovery and the factuality of stricken area,this paper puts forward that the method of sports recovery,society,school,family and sports facility construction are important countermeasures for the early recovery of the disabled students,which will provide useful reference for the government to constitute correlative recovery medical service policy.
