人性化护理在地震伤员心理救治中的体会

摘要
目的通过对临床上本院收治的六百多名地震伤员实施人性化护理,使地震伤员的心理及生理创伤减少到最低限度,心理问题有所缓解,情绪得到有效释放,逐步恢复自理能力和正常生活。方法对本院从五月到一月收治的六百多名地震伤员进行人性化护理,并进行一系列的基础护理、专科护理和心理护理,通过设置实验组和对照组,评估实施后病人的心理变化。结果笔者认为灾后及时、有效地进行人性化护理及心理干预有助于促进伤员灾后的生活自理能力和心理康复,增强了他们战胜灾难的信心和勇气。
Objective To clinically treated our wounded 600 more than the implementation of seismic humanistic nursing,so that the wounded seismic physical and psychological trauma to a minimum,psychological problems have eased,the release of emotions effectively,and gradually resume the selfcare ability and normal life.Methods The hospital admitted from January to May of seismic wounded more than 600 humane care,and a series of basic care,specialist care and psychological care,by setting the experimental group and control group,re-assessment after the implementation of Patient psychological changes.Results The author holds the view that post-disaster timely,effective humanistic nursing and psychological interventions contribute to the promotion of post-disaster lives of wounded self-care ability and psychological recovery,and enhance their confidence to overcome the disaster and courage.
