汶川大地震青川灾区灾后移民精神疾病状况调查分析

摘要
目的研究汶川大地震青川灾区灾后移民精神心理疾病状况。方法采用随机抽样的方法,用自编《一般情况调查表》一般问卷12项(GHQ-12)以及《DSM-Ⅳ-TR轴Ⅰ障碍定式临床检查》(SC ID-I/P)病人版为调查的筛查和诊断工具。结果 511例调查对象中精神疾病患者112例,时点患病率为21.92%。其中焦虑障碍34例(6.65%)创伤后应激障碍31例(6.07%),抑郁障碍(含既往抑郁)26例(5.09%),其他21例(4.11%)。结论汶川地震青川灾区灾后移民精神疾病患病率高,其中焦虑障碍最高,创伤后应激障碍、抑郁障碍明显增高。
Objective To study psychological illness state of the immigrats in Qingchuan post-disaster of earthquake hit.Methods A random sampling method was used by using self-compiled "General Questionnair",the General Questionnaires 12(CHQ-12) and the patient version of "DSM-IV-TR Axis I Disorders-type Clinical Testing"(SCID-I/P).Results A total of 112 had got mental illness among 511 cases of subjects surveyed,the sick rate was 21.92%.In which,34 cases suffered anxiety disorder(6.65%),31 cases suffered post-traumatic stress disorder(6.07%),depression(including past depression) accunted for 26 cases(5.09%),the others 21 cases(4.11%).Conclusion The prevalence rate of mental illness of the immigrats in Qingchuan postdisaster of earthquake hit is high,in which the highest is anxiety disorder,post-tranmatu stress disorder and depression significantly increase.
