玉树地震伤病员空运后送的几点思考

摘要
目的分析玉树地震伤病员后送工作,为完善灾害救援的医疗后送提供科学依据。方法通过对玉树地震医疗后送的系统调研和相关资料的分析,总结分析玉树抗震救灾空运医疗后送流程、分级救治情况及空运后送组织情况。结果玉树地震空运医疗后送总体分三个层次进行,缺乏专用卫生运力,检伤分类策略及分级救治原则不尽完善。结论应建立健全特大地震空运医疗后送组织体系、完善空运后送流程、研制改装空运医疗后送卫生专用运力、采取合理的检伤分类策略、保证伤病员最大限度得到最佳救治。
Objective To provide scientific proofs for improving the medical evacuation of the disaster relief by analyzing the example of Yushu earthquake aeromedical evacuation service.Methods By carrying out systematically survey of the Yushu Earthquake aeromedical evacuation and analytical study of the relevant data,to sum up the general situations of the flow sheet of the aeromedical evacuation,the staged rescues in Yushu earthquake and organizing of aeromedical evacuation.Results The medical evacuation in Yushu earthquake can be divided into three levels.The independent system of the military medical evacuation was not formed,and the specialized medical transportation capacity was in short and the classification treatment needed improvements.Conclusions In aeromedical evacuation of the extraordinary earthquake,strict mastery and application of classification treatment principle must be needed.Great emphasis should be put on the founding of the organizational system in aeromedical evacuation of earthquake,the specialized medical transportation capacity of the intermediate stage and the strategy of classification treatment,in order to ensure the wounded to receive the best treatment.
