摘要

本文介绍了芦山地震军队医学救援的主要工作和做法;指出非战争军事行动是提升军队卫勤保障能力的重要途径,科学使用卫勤力量是成功救援的基础,军地协同是提高救援效能的重要保证;从卫勤指挥与协同的机制与法制建设、依托信息系统提升精确化保障能力、卫生装备研制和提升卫勤分队综合保障能力等四个方面进行宏观思考,并提出对策建议。
The article introduced the main work of medical rescues efforts in Lushan earthquake.It pointed that military operation other than war was an important way to enhance the military medical support ability,scientific use of military medical force was the foundation of successful rescue,coordination between military and civilian was the guarantee of improving the rescue efficiency.Reflections and suggestions were brought out from the military medical command and coordination mechanism and legal construction,enhancing accurate support ability relying on the information system,medical equipment development,and promoting the medical team comprehensive support capacity.
