地震勘探电雷管作用时间测试系统的研究

摘要
通过对地震勘探雷管作用时间参数的分析,建立了地震勘探电雷管作用时间测试系统,设计并研制了室内用且具有绿色环保功能的雷管爆轰测试罐。该爆轰测试罐主要由试样端口、测试端口、安全防护装置和固废处理装置等组成,测试系统使用光电式传感器进行数据采集,通过对采集的测试数据分析和处理,结果表明:该系统能够精确检测雷管的作用时间,降低雷管起爆噪音,减少了因有毒气体和爆轰粉尘的排放而对环境的污染,保证测试人员的安全,且能够满足产品相关标准对测试的要求。
The test system for the electric detonator action time in seismic exploration is established by analyzing the action time of the electric detonators, and a green detonator detonation test tank used in laboratory is developed. The test tank mainly consists of sample port, testing port, safety protection device, solid waste treatment device, etc. The test system uses photoelectric sensors to collect data. The processing and analysis of the collected data show that the test system is capable of accurately detecting the action time of detonators, reducing noise, and decreasing the environment pollution of the toxic gases and dust emissions produced by detonation.So it ensures the safety of testers and can meet the requirements of the relevant standards to the test tank.
