摘要

本文研究了古登堡与李克特两种震级一频度关系式中ｂ值的一致性。更重要的是研究了ｂ值的平均值，其在工程地震中是十分重要的；同时，亦用ｂ值的平均值对所谓的地震节律给予了合理的解释。
Consensus of b value in the relation of Gutenberg-Richter magnitude and frequency is studied in this paper. Further studies on average b values is vital in engineering earthquake field which are also used to reasonably explain so-called seismic rhythms.
