关键技术突破,集成技术创新 实现苏里格气田规模有效开发

摘要
苏里格气田发现于2000年,目前天然气日产量已突破1000×104m3,是中国石油天然气主力上产区之一。该气田储层呈薄互层、非均质性强,气井压力下降快、单井采出量小,常规技术难以实现有效开发。面对该气田的开发难题,以试生产试验区为载体进行了为期4年的开发前期评价,开展了地震—地质综合研究及钻采、地面工艺试验,对六项关键技术集中攻关取得突破,探索出了适合苏里格气田开发的低成本路子,集成创新了12项开发配套技术,形成了"技术集成化、建设标准化、管理数字化、服务市场化"的"四化"工作思路,成功地实现了对苏里格气田的规模开发,为今后该气田2×1012m3储量大规模开发和持续发展提供了技术保障。
Sulige gas field, discovered in 2000, is claimed to have its daily production as high as over 10,000,000 m3, and has become one of the major gas zones in China. Because reservoirs in this gas field are thin interlayered with strong heterogeneity, and well pressures drop down sharply with a extremely low production at each single well, it is impossible to apply conventional techniques for effective development in this field. Therefore, after 4-year pre-development assessment works on a pilot testing area, this study carried out a series of experiments on seismic and geological overall study, drilling & production, and ground technology, etc. Finally through this study, researchers obtained 6 items of key technologies to find out a new path for the low-cost development in this field and innovated 12 sets of integrated matching techniques to prepare for highly efficient development in this gas field in large scale. Then a working idea as the guideline of "techniques integrated, construction standardized, management digitalized, and services for market" would provide technical support for future exploitation and sustainable development in the Sulige gas field with the reserves of 2 TCM.
