摘要
Macha遥爆系统广泛应用于我国的地震勘探领域,但使用中发现Macha控制器存在着一个明显的缺陷,即经常性地出现误点火问题,这给地震勘探生产带来极大的安全隐患。本文针对该问题进行了深入的研究,找出了误点火的原因,对原点火电路进行了改进,并对改进后电路的可靠性进行了论证。
Macha remote shooting system is a remote-controlling shooting system produced by American Macha Company,which is widely used for seismic exploration at home.But some distinctive shortcomings of Macha controller have been discovered in usage,that is:the mistaken firing has been often appeared,which has brought extreme hidden peril of security in production of seismic exploration.Facing the issue,the paper made deeply study,found out the reasons of mistaken firing,improved the original firing circuit and proved the reliability of the improvement.
