摘要

为了给云南省及周边地区强地震预报建立三角监测网,提供天文经、纬度异常变化的信息,本文叙述了对各观测站采用的天文测量仪器的要求,提出了排除各种系统误差来源的新的仪器误差理论,并在此基础上提出了仪器的总体设计方案,文章以与国外子午环比较的方式,详细介绍了测定各种仪器误差的方法。
In order to set up the triangular monitoring network to derive the information of abnormal changes in the astronomical longitude and latitude of an observing station in the Yunnan Province,we discuss in this paper the requirements for the measuring instruments and propose a new model of instrumental errors so that various sources of systematic errors can be eliminated under its guidance,We give the overall scheme to design the measuring instruments and present the measuring method of instrumental errors through the comparison to the meridian circles used abroad.
