DSU3采集单元串音测试的不确定性和可能的改进思路

摘要
DSU3采集单元在不同的环境下串音测试的结果存在很大差异,很难对其是否符合规范要求作出判断,DSU3的串音测试存在不确定性。原因是DSU3在进行串音测试时,125Hz正弦波测试信号是直接加在MEMS传感器上的,但此时MEMS传感器除了接收测试信号外,还会接收环境噪声信号,从而造成串音测试数据随环境噪声而变化的弊端。本文对串音测试不确定性的原因进行了分析,并据此提出了改进串音测试不确定性的思路:在各地震放大器输出信号中,只提取频率为125Hz的数据进行串音计算,就可以大大降低环境噪声对串音测试的影响,较为单一地反映道间串音的高低。
Since test results for DSU3 Crosstalk are unstable and uncertainty in different environment,it is difficult to judge its compliance.The reason is that during crosstalk test,the 125Hz sine wave test signal is directly added to MEMS sensors,but in the same time sensors not only receive the test signal,but also accept the environmental noise signal,resulting in crosstalk test data changed by the environment noise.After analyzing the possible reason,this paper presents how to improve the uncertainty though the way of extracting only 125Hz data from seismic amplifier output signal to calculate crosstalk data.In this way,the impact of environment noise to crosstalk test can be greatly reduced.
